-ok it is fine, first of all let’s discuss briefly actually what FOCUS is and how do we improving it. 😉
By the way, whether it is school,college even in our career is the deciding factor in the race for success even Is Focus. We all have the same 24 hours a day, the people who succeed are not the ones who have worked the most, they are the ones who can maintain maximum focus in their work in the minimum amount of time. If you want good marks in competitive exam, if you want good wealth in your life, then it all depends on how focused you can be. The focus is about staying in one place. Staying away from all the distractions in your life and sticking to one place, one thought, one task, one thing.
But when you try to stay focused, the distraction of Focus will overwhelm you, deep down you have to understand;
What breaks focus?
Losing loved ones, getting bad grades or feeling humiliated are all pains in our lives. Insecurity performance pressures, future concerns; We all have the same problem in life. Pain and anxiety are the biggest enemies in the focused process. They keep you ‘contained’. You are more grounded; The greater your ability to live in one place, the more focused you are in your life. But how do you improve your grounding? – All right! Now it is time to discuss the steps for grounding.
Step.1. Fitness 🏋️
You must follow the fitness routine. Your body is designed to move. If you do not do enough work, you will be left with a high amount of energy, causing you to go ‘underground’. Make your body a little tired. The hormones released and balanced energy on you will keep your brain sharp.
Step.2. Food 🥗
Always choose the right food. Our body is a collection of everything we eat. We are associated with cavmen who have spent centuries eating clean, fresh food, and our eating habits have changed over the last few centuries. Now we fill our body with junk poison. The more additives and advancing sugar is in your diet, the more underground you will feel in your life.
Therefore choose wisely; Eat fresh, and then notice the change in your state of mind.
Step.3. Music 🎧
Music is the quietest thing in the universe. You can see athletes or people involved with sports before they go to the field to listen to music to make their brains live more leisurely. Music actually releases dopamine through the brain cell which helps us feel happy. It is useful since aincent times.
But, but choose your music’s wisely. You will naver feel good to listening a depressing song. So, I repeat choose wisely. For my recommendation go for chill vibe music’s.
Step.4. Meditation 🙇
Work on your mind muscles. It can be trained to be focused, it can be trained to be grounded, it can be trained to be strong. And the easiest way to bring your mind to the ground is meditation based on one breath.
Sit comfortably on your back, and try to focus only on your breath, nothing else. If your mind is surprised, it is normal, you can get your attention. Back to your breath, that’s all. This is where focus muscle work is being done.You are teaching your mind a thought and a return to only one thought. It is important for your career that you pay attention to your breath. If you are serious about focusing and enhancing human potential.
Step.5. Thinking 👁️🗨️
Think and grow, think and grow. Yes, the more you push your brain the faster your brain’s brain cells will be regenerated. Conscious curiosity gives you the power to focus subconsciously what you want to do. And this is your answer . Put in 20 minutes of work. Train your brain muscle, and once open your eyes use that stronger muscle to get some work done.
